We have been experiencing the beginnings of an amazing outpouring of healings and miracles at Liberty!
We have come to realise that healing is ALWAYS God’s will.
Matthew 10:7-8 ‘And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.’
We have no particular method. We like to keep it simple – leaving out long religious prayers. Usually we just command the pain to go in Jesus name. Sometimes it takes one ‘go’…other times it takes five! Don’t give up easy!
The Bible tells us that it is important to testify of the good things that God is doing. It can encourage others and it also encourages ourselves.
It’s always best if there are new testimonies coming forth all the time.

Severe Back Pain Healed
Last Saturday night Robyn Durham came forward for prayer. She hobbled to the front and it was obvious that she was in a great deal of pain. She had injured her back while reaching for something in the supermarket the day before and mentioned how her back was not only causing her pain, but she also had pain shooting down one leg. Kathryn and I laid our hands on her and prayed for healing. I then asked her, “how is it now?” “I think it feels a bit better”, she replied. A bit better wasn’t what we were after, so we prayed again. “It’s definitely improving”, she said with a little more enthusiasm this time. Now Kathryn, spurred on by this encouragement prayed even more fervently and suddenly Robyn cried out, “I’m healed. All the pain has gone”, and with that, Robyn began to jump up and down, as well as bending forward, backward, and sideways, testing her back out. The next morning Robyn was still healed and still excited about the miracle she had received the night before. The moral of this story is, don’t give up. If the healing doesn’t happen after praying the first time, keep right on praying till it does!

Healing of my computer!
The power cord of my computer has not been working for the last couple of days. I only had 4 hours worth of battery left. Being the long weekend, I will not be able to get new replacement until probably the end of the week which is very frustrating. I tried over the previous 2 days jiggling the connections to no avail. I am about to get a new computer anyway but this is still a hassle as I will not be able to get one for another month or so at the earliest. I laid hands on the computer, believe that it too belongs to God and nothing is impossible. I tried it again afterwards but it still did not work. I left it and went off to church for Sunday service. After the service, I was talking to Tony Kwan who think it is most likely a loosened connection. I went home and jiggled the power cord connection again and bingo, it was working again. God must have intervened after my pray and used Tony also to help me.

Financial Miracle
Our last fast over April has been fantastic, for so many reason’s that i cannot explain. I do however want to share one aspect that has really blessed me. I have always struggled with having full confidence with God being my provider, although i get so many prophecy’s that God will give me a revelation of wealth and not to mention the visions i get about Jehovah Jirah (God who provides). In the last 4 years i have gone on two missions trips and visited family in South America, all on separate occasions yet without being a burden, but a blessing. I love to give whether it be time, service or money, i love it. But i always worry. And although God has provided for me on countless occasions, i still worry. A couple weeks ago, half way through our church fast, i was praying about my finances. I’m currently studying and don’t have much opportunity to work so i really needed a break through. As i was praying i kinda got tired of “praying in faith” if you know what i mean, and simply felt to just believe, that somehow it was going to happen. A couple of days later i received a check in the mail from Telstra for $450. It wasn’t the money that blew me away but a testimony to me that God would provide. The funny thing is, i still don’t know why i got that check, i havn’t dealt with Telstra for over 2 years.
i just want this to be an encouragement to anyone that really wants to go on missions trips or to simply be a blessing. Simply believe (easier sad than done), you can’t twist Gods arm to make him do something he already wants to do.

LIBERTY CHRISTIAN CHURCH TESTIMONIES (November 2009 – January 2010)
Healing of Glandular Fever, Tonsillitis and Hepatitis (Some time during Feb 09)
(Even though it’s in Feb I’ve included this because it’s just so good!)
Laura Kerridge developed severe glandular fever and was hospitalized. She also developed mild hepatitis and severe tonsillitis at the same time. As a result she struggled to breathe easily, could not swallow food or drink water, and was not able to sleep. The doctors told her it was one of the worst cases they had seen and may have it for months. The intercessory team along with her family and other church members had been praying steadfastly for her. After she’d been severely sick for only two weeks, one night during her sleep, she was awoken by a ‘pop’ sensation in her throat. She was instantly able to swallow with no pain. She was in shock so she went for a blood test and the doctors were amazed as there was no sign of the virus in her blood stream! This is incredible because even after people recover from this illness usually signs of the virus remain in the blood stream for a long time!
Myanmar Mission Trip! (3rd-16th November)
This mission trip seemed to jump start the miracles back in Australia! Pastor Richard Kerridge and Elder Phil Carauna travelled to Myanmar (formally known as Burma) to preach to pastors and churches about the importance of UNITY, LOVE and POWER in the church. And we know that a big part of the power of God is His HEALING power. So they prayed for all of the sick that they came across in the churches. (The scepticism in the church in Burma is probably equal to the unbelief in western countries). But sure enough they began to see miracle after miracle. All up they saw hundreds of miracles. There were dozens of aches and pains and even diseases healed. In one church every single person was healed! They taught the people how to pray for the sick and the people began to be used by God mightily themselves! This trip has definitely influenced the whole Body of Christ in Myanmar.
Just one example of the miracles they saw: There was a crippled, bent over old lady in one particular church who could hardly move. After they prayed for her she instantly leaped up out of her bent over position and was able to bend all the way back!
Healing of an injured elbow and a crippled man! (16-23/11/09)
All excited after returning home from Myanmar, Phil Carauna and his wife Barb went out to the mission field in Melbourne straight away and found some people to pray for at one of Phil’s work sites. A man with a sore elbow was complaining about how he could no longer use his whipper snipper (and many other things) because of his injury. So Phil offered to pray for him. The first time he prayed there was little difference to the elbow. But after the second, all the pain left and the man’s elbow was completely healed. In shock, he asked “Who are you? What do you want? How did you do that?”, and he ran into the house to tell his family. He brought out his bent over, almost crippled brother, who was struggling to walk. Phil laid his hands on him and he was instantly healed. He was able to bend all the way forward and all the way back. Both brothers were in utter shock and they all began to cry.
Healings during street evangelism (27/11/09)
The next week Phil, Jessie and Kathryn went to Harvestfield…I mean Westfield… for some power evangelism. Firstly they saw 2 people healed of painful sunburn. Phil then prayed for a boy’s injured shoulder…At the start he could hardly move it and by the end his range of motion was close to normal. Kathryn had a word of knowledge about a girl with high arches and after praying for her, saw that the arches appeared to be a little lower. She also prayed for a girl with a nerve problem in her knee. To the girl’s surprise the pain decreased, and she was able to walk on it better than before (with a crowd of people watching!)
Healing of MS!!! (29/11/09)
Pastor Richard was in New South Wales ministering to a local church. A lady with MS came out for prayer. He laid his hands on her and instantly she was healed. She was running and jumping in the air, doing “karate kicks”, completely amazed at how flexible she felt. She is fairly certain she has been completely healed from MS!
Healing of infection (29/11/09)
Meanwhile back at Liberty, Tony was worrying about a nasty infection he had on his leg. He came out for prayer at the night service and Phil prayed for the infection to leave. Soon enough the infection ceased.
Healing of neck injury (6/12/09)
Alexis came out for prayer for her neck during an alter call in the morning service. It had been troubling her constantly for some time. Kathryn prayed for her. Instantly tension was released. Over the next hours all pain was gone. Alexis testified two weeks later that the pain had not come back since then.
Healing of tooth problem (6/12/09)
Xavier was in potential need of surgery on his teeth. Pastor Richard and Phil prayed for his mouth in the morning service…before long the pain was gone and there was no surgery needed.
Money treasure hunt! (10/12/09)
Not a week goes by that the Carauna family do not find lost coins (along with lost people) on their treasure hunts. Usually this comes in the form of a few gold coins a week. But Barb, in a moment of discontentment said “gee God, it would be good to find some notes!” As she looked down on the ground, she instantly found a $20 note.
Healing of sore throat (11/12/09)
Kathryn had been developing a cold and woke up with an extremely sore throat. Pastor Richard prayed for her. Nothing happened immediately but within an hour the pain was gone.
Healing at church (12/12/09)
Little Adeline was not feeling well at a church event. She was crying and moaning. Regina prayed for her and instantly her frown turned to a smile and she enjoyed the rest of the night.
Healing during worship! (13/12/09)
Nathan was experiencing excruciating pain in his foot. In the presence of God during worship in the morning service, it was completely healed.
Growing out of shorter leg!! (14/12/09)
Phil was praying for an elderly couple. The husband had many troubles with his body, and noted that one of his legs was shorter than the other. Phil laid his hands on the legs and prayed that they would even out. After a few go’s the shorter leg grew out before their eyes!
Lost things found (20/12/09)
Nanette’s nephew had lost his wallet, along with all his money and credit cards. It had been missing for a while and there had been no luck in finding it. Nan prayed for the situation and soon after the wallet was handed into the police – with all money and cards still in there.
Healing Of Injured Arm (5/1/10)
Pastor Richard was in Sydney on a holiday and was departing a ferry. He was walking through the gates that open and close when you put your ticket in through the scanner. For some reason the gates closed on him too soon and closed in on his arm, very quickly. He thinks it almost broke his bone. He was in a lot of pain, and was sure it was going to swell up and bruise. So Dianne and Kathryn prayed for him. Within 10 minutes the pain had gone, and as the days passed it did not bruise. We are all amazed!!

LEADERS CONFERENCE (24/06/10)
Severe Fever / Demonic Attack Healed
Whilst the team was at a leaders’ conference, Phil and Dianne were approached by one of the pastors who informed them that there was a very sick pastor lying in a bed behind the church. As they approached him they could hear screaming. He had a severe fever and could not move a muscle in his body…it was as though he was dying. In fact Phil got a word of knowledge that there was a spirit of death attacking his body. So they commanded it to go and instantly he stopped screaming and shaking. The pain went and he could easily lift his arms.
MANY HEALINGS AT RURAL CHURCH (25/06/10)
After a day of ministering on faith and healing at a rural church, called ‘Jesus Christ The Healer’ an altar call was given. During this time the team witnessed a number of incredible miracles.
They are listed below:
Woman Healed of Numbness
Nathan and Dianne prayed for a woman with no feeling in the right side of her body (including her chest, arm, side and leg). Not only was sensation gone from these parts, but she was in a great deal of pain. In fact, she was crying in pain. As they prayed for her, she hit the ground, and when she stood up all the pain was gone and sensation had returned to the right side of her body. She was very excited and grateful.
Arthritic pain healed
Chris and Kathryn prayed for an older woman with pain in her knees and hip. After a quick prayer they asked her to test out the injuries to check for healing. She was instantly healed. She was beaming with joy!
Migraine and Blindness Healed
They also prayed for a woman with a terrible migraine and also bad eyesight. After one prayer the migraine went. After the second prayer, the eyesight returned to normal!
Migraine Healed
Belinda prayed for a pregnant woman with a migraine. The lady asked her to pray for the baby and also for the headache. After praying not only did the migraine leave, but her baby started kicking in her stomach for the first time in the whole pregnancy!!
Migraine and Tooth Ache Healed
Belinda prayed for another man who was experiencing a migraine and also tooth aches in his wisdom teeth. After praying, the pain of both conditions disappeared.
Severe Neck and Shoulder Pain Healed
Phil and Barb prayed for a woman with severe neck and shoulder pain. She was instantly and completely healed.
Period Pain Healed
During the sermon a young girl was experiencing severe period pain. She was on the floor in tears. Chris and Phil prayed for her. Soon enough the pain was gone and she was back to her friendly, chatty self.
Completely Deaf Woman Healed
During the alter call Phil prayed for a woman who was born completely deaf…he wasn’t sure of the results, however later on, as we were leaving, he and Chris went to find her to pray for her again. Barb had a word of knowledge about putting fingers in her ears while praying. After praying tests were performed and it was evident she could hear clapping and began to say the word ‘Jesus’!!! Praise the Lord!

Arthritis Healed
Phil and Barb prayed for an old lady with arthritis in her knees. She was healed. As they were praying diamond dust appeared on Phil’s face.
Stomach Problems Healed
They also prayed for a young man with severe stomach problems and he was healed.
Dizziness Ceases
Dianne prayed for a woman who had been experiencing dizziness and a spinning sensation in her head for two weeks. She was healed.
Numbness Healed
Belinda prayed for a woman with numbness in the top of her shoulder and also fingers and she was healed.
Broken Wrist Healed
Chris prayed for a girl with a broken wrist. After the prayer she felt the pain leave and when she took off the plaster she could move it.
Demonic Deliverance/Mental Problem Healed
At the kids program there was a disturbed young lady who was wondering around the place in a very demonic manner. She had not been normal for many years and no one had been able to get through to her. Some of the team prayed for her and for the first time her carers were able to control her. She participated in the activities along with everyone else for the first time.
Fever Healed
Nathan prayed for a girl with a fever. She was healed after he received a prophetic word for her.
Heart Problems Healed
Chris prayed for a young man with heart problems. He was healed straight away and began to weep.
Pharyngitis healed
Belinda prayed for a girl with pharyngitis and asthma. She was healed!
Foot Healed
Belinda and Chris prayed for Pastor Rolly’s daughter’s foot which had been in pain for two months. After three goes she was healed and began to sob.
Asthma Healed
Chris prayed for a boy with asthma. As Chris prayed the tightness relieved and the asthma left.
MIRACLES AT BUENA VISTA, BOHOL ISLAND (28/06/10)
We saw an absolute outpouring of healings at a church in Bohol Island.
News of this outpouring travelled all around the island and people came looking for us later on in the week!
Several Cataracs Healed!
Belinda prayed for three men and one women with cataracs in their eyes. None of them could read at all because of this condition. After the prayer, two improved and two were completely healed. The woman no longer needed surgery on her eyes. They could all read a passage from the Bible clearly after the prayers.
Blind Eye Healed
One particular man had one blind eye. Belinda prayed for it and it cleared up and he could see!
Arthritis and Back Pain Healed
Phil prayed for one man with back pain and it left instantly.
He also prayed for another man with arthritis in the knee and after two prayers the pain left.
Severe Arthritis Healed
Dianne came across an old lady with severe arthritis in the hands, knees, shoulders and hip. After praying, the lady was able to bend down, squat, jump and flex her fingers!
Numbess and Pain Healed
Dianne also prayed for a lady with pain in her shoulders, chest and neck and numbness in lower back. Dianne and Barb prayed for her. All these pains were healed! (the numbness in back took a few gos!)
Shorter Leg Grows Out
Chris prayed for a lady with pain in her neck and back. Pain left after two gos. After checking length of legs, and seeing that the right leg was shorter, Chris prayed and her right leg grew out before our eyes!
Neck and Back Pain Healed
Kathryn prayed for a woman with severe neck and back pain. After two prayers the pain relieved.
Deafness Healed
Nathan prayed for a boy with some deafness in both ears. After two prayers the healing returned to normal.
Shrinking Lump
The woman who was healed of cataracs also had a lump on a back. After prayer the lump shrunk.
Headache Healed
Barb prayed for a lady with a headache and it went immediately.
MIRACLES AT CHURCH CONSTRUCTION SITE (30/06/10)
We stopped off at a construction site to have a look at the progress being made with the building of a large church. About 50 church members were present. We saw some sick people, so we started praying, and before long an outpouring was taking place!
Deformed Leg Healed
We noticed a man with a deformed leg. The calf looked like it was back to front. He couldn’t walk and had to use crutches. He had been involved in a motor bike accident. He was in a lot of pain. Belinda and Nathan prayed for him. The pain went and he could walk freely without crutches. He also took his bandages off. This really amazed the people at the church and more became interested in receiving prayer.
Arthritis in Feet healed
Phil prayed for a man with arthritis in his feet. He could only shuffle along as he walked. The arthritis left straight away!
Ruptured Ear Drum Healed
A construction worker had pain through the back of his head and also had a ruptured right ear drum. Chris firstly prayed for the pain in the head. That left after three go’s. Then he attacked the ear problem. The man’s hearing restored after two go’s. He was now able to wear his hat!
Asthma gone!
Barb prayed for a lady with asthma. The lady was instantly relieved.
Untreatable Throat Ailment Healed
Barb also prayed for a lady with a throat problem. It had been with her for six years. The doctors could do nothing. Barb prayed and it was healed. The woman also had pain in her head that was healed.
Arthritis In Knees Healed
Dianne prayed for the pastor’s father. He had arthritis in his knees. It too was healed and his knees felt ‘strong!’.
Asthma Healed
Dianne also prayed for a women with asthma. The woman was healed immediately.
Eye Cataract Disappears!
Kathryn prayed for a woman with cataract in her eye. It had been made worse through failed surgery. After praying, it cleared up before our eyes! The blood shot eye also turned to white!
A Work In Progress….
Phil and Nathan prayed for a man with half an arm. They prayed in would grow out. The man felt a manifestation of the Holy Spirit. So we have hopes for the future!
BACK AT THE HOUSE (1/07/10)
Gall and Kidney Stones Healed
A very sick woman was driven to the house we were staying in. She was just about to head into surgery. After hearing about the healings, she wanted to see us first. We all hopped into the same van so that we could see her. We were informed that she had gall stones and kidney stones. She was in excruciating pain. Particularly when she pressed her stomach. She could even feel the stones. After a short prayer, the pain went! And when she pressed on it, she could feel no pain. She began to weep and laughter broke out!
At the exact same time Nathan was relieved from nausea.
Tonsillitis healed
There was also a child with the woman who had tonsillitis. After a few prayers (and tests), the swelling went down.
At the exact same moment Kathryn was relieved of throat pain she was experiencing!
MORE CHURCH MINISTRY (2/07/10)
Headache and Numbness Healed
A lady had a headache, and one side of her body was numb.
Phil and Chris prayed and the pain went.
Numbness Healed
Another lady with numbness in her arm and the back of the neck came out for prayer. Phil Chris and Kathryn prayed and the pain left. The sensation to the numb parts also returned!
Arthritis in Legs/Knees Healed
An old lady with arthritis in knees and legs came out for prayer. After a short prayer she was moving freely with no pain.
MIRACLE DURING TOURISM (2/07/10)
Evangelism at the Guitar Shop
While we were at a Guitar Shop, we found and prayed for a local lady with breast cancer. We weren’t sure of the results but she was so touched that she wanted to find and join a church bible study and invite all her family to come along.

LIBERTY CHRISTIAN CHURCH TESTIMONIES (July 2010 – December 2010)
There have been dozens and dozens of healings throughout this period!! Here are just a few of them.
Cist Disappears (April 2010)
We only just found out about this one. Jonny Westwood had a word of knowledge through a feeling in his own body. He felt pain in his wrist. This informed Jonny that a particular man from YWAM had a problem in a particular joint in his hand. Once Jonny identified the man it turned out that this man had a cist growing in the middle of a joint. This was the same pain that Jonny had felt. Jonny prayed, thanking God for healing. While he was prayed both were paralysed by the Holy Spirit. They saw the cist reducing before their eyes!
Barrenness Healed! (July 2010)
Alexis and Dave were unable to have children for around 7 years. They had received a lot of prayer and many prophetic words, however no change had been seen. On their first Sunday back at church, the Philippines mission trip team offered to pray for the sick. Dave and Alexis came out for prayer. Phil and Barb prayed for a miracle pregnancy. A couple of weeks later, Alexis was pregnant! What a miracle!
Cataracts Healed (July 2010)
Soon after his return from the Philippines, Chris found himself in a gift shop looking for a card. An older woman interrupted him asking if he could read out the words on a card for her. She informed him that she had cataracts in her eyes and couldn’t read properly. Chris told the lady that she might be able to read it herself if she lets him pray for her. He explained how he had just been on a trip to the Philippines and had seen many people healed of cataracts. She allowed him to pray. After a few go’s, she could read!! She was so thankful, and informed Chris that she had asked God for a miracle that very morning. She said ‘that miracle is you!’
Sprained Ankle Healed (September 2010)
Phil was at Shoppingtown. He noticed a young girl was on crutches. He approached her and asked what was wrong. She had injured her ankle and was in pain. Phil said ‘God is going to heal your ankle’ and then pointed at it and commanded the pain to go. In shock the girl starts SCREAMING! She calls all her friends over and begins celebrating at this instant miracle! They all began to carry on asking ‘who are you!??’
Knee Operation Complications Fixed (October 2010)
Phil was out looking for somebody to pray for. He noticed a lady limping. He asked her what the problem was. She said that she had had a knee operation and was experiencing scarring tightening up.
Phil said, ‘I’m a faith healer. Can I pray for you?’ After a few prayers it loosened up. The lady began to cry, and admitted it was Jesus who had healed it!
Hip Cramps and Spasms Instantly Healed (November 2010)
Kathryn was experiencing severe cramps and spasms in her hip. They wouldn’t go away, no matter how she sat. She asked Chris to pray for her. As soon as he finished praying she felt a sudden release, and the pain went.
Cancer patient doing what he couldn’t! (December 2010)
Phil was at work gardening. He prayed that God would bring him someone to pray for. A man comes along. He appeared in the neighbouring backyard. The man says that he needs a gardener because he had an operation and has cancer in his leg. Phil prayed for healing. Later on in the day Phil noticed that the man’s lawn is now mowed…
Arthritis Healed (Sunday Church Service 19th December, 2010)
Dave Sutherland’s mother was visiting at church. She has had arthritis in her hand for many years. She couldn’t close her hand. Phil prayed for her after the service. She can now clench her hand for the first time in many years!
Stroke Affected BROKEN Leg Healed! (December 2010)
Phil and Barb were on a job and saw that the lady they were gardening for was limping. She said that she had a broken leg which was affected by a stroke. They asked her if she believes in miracles. Then they prayed. After the prayer the lady tested her legs out. She found that the stroke affected leg was now the strongest leg!
She also informed Phil and Barb that she had a dream that morning. She dreamt that Phil (who she had only met once before) was in her house dressed in white. She knew she had received a miracle!
Numerous Miracles and WONDERS (End of December 2010)
Chris and Kathryn were ministering at an Ethiopian Youth conference in Brooklyn.
They felt to go for signs miracles and wonders!!!
All up they saw about 20 instant healings. They also saw 40 kids baptized in the Holy Spirit, all speaking in tongues for the first time. They also saw about 5 people delivered from demons.
Lumps in Breasts Disappear (End of December 2010)
One particularly notable healing at the youth conference involved a young woman with lumps in her breasts. She was very concerned about them, and informed Kathryn that she was going into surgery to get them removed. Kathryn said, ‘we can fix that!’ She then commanded the lumps to leave. She then told the woman to go to the bathroom and check to see if the lumps were gone. She came back five minutes later crying. She said ‘they’re gone! The lumps aren’t there!’

TESTIMONIES FROM PHILIPPINES TRIP JUNE-JULY 2011
Pastor Richard, Phil, Jodi, Jean, Kaye and Deb, set out on a trip to the Philippines in June-July 2011. They saw an extraordinary amount of healing miracles happen in this nation!
Many healings at Conference (Friday 24th June, 2011)
- After teaching about healing, a doctor at conference was healed of neck pain. A fellow delegate prayed.
- Jean prayed for a lady with back pain. All pain left.
- Joyce (a 72 year old Chinese lady) joined the team in praying against cancer of her ovaries, migraine, and eye infection. All were healed. She also had gaul stones –the left side of her body was painful and weak – after praying the pain went. She then spent the next few days taking the team to people’s houses to pray for them.
- The team met a woman who had been in a car accident 8 years ago, in which her husband died. The team prayed for her head aches, her damaged collar bone and ribs, her left arm’s numbness and pain resulting from nerve damage to her left side of face and body. She felt electricity through her arm and all the pain went.
- Julie (pastor Jo’s wife) had a migraine and a sore neck. The team prayed and she was healed.
Man in coma with end stage lung cancer healed (24th-25th of June, 2011)
On Friday the 24th of June, the team visited a Chinese man in hospital. He had end stage lung cancer with fluid around his heart. His organs were shutting down and he had been in a coma for 3 days. He was too weak to have the fluid drained and his family had been told to prepare for him to die.
The team prayed against cancer and the spirit of death and for life and strength, and that he would wake up. The next day (Saturday the 25th of June), the team went back for a second visit to the hospital. Just as the team began to pray for him, the man opened his eyes and looked at them all and he gestured hello and waved! The team prayed that he would continue to regain strength and that he would eat breakfast. The next day the team got a report that he had eaten and spoken to his son on the phone about business! The team received further reports that he had insisted that he have the fluid around his heart drained and that the operation had been a success! He was continuing to gain strength and was planning on going home at the end of the week! What a miracle!

Prison Evangelism Ministry (27th June, 2011)
Richard, Phil, Jodi and Deb went to the Cebu prison. The men preached to approximately 200 come to Christ. The women shared and prayed with 30 women in their bible study.
Miracles at the Styrofoam Factory (28th June, 2011)
- Prayed for the whole factory against a spirit of fear after a fatal accident there.
- 2 x headaches healed
- 2 x coughs instantly healed
- Pain in chest and back completely gone
- Bad hand – pain gone
- Prayed for a deaf and dumb lady (since birth). Her ears opened and she was able to attempt to speak for the first time.

Afternoon prayer meeting (3rd July, 2011)
- The team met a lady who had experienced back pain since she was a little girl (approximately 10 years). After praying the pain left! Also prayed for allergies and shoulder pain. These left also!
Healings at Lapau Lapau (5th July, 2011)
- Prayed for a lady with diabetes and kidney problems. She had lost her eyesight. Eyesight returned!
- Prayed for an older lady with arthritis in her hands, shoulders and back. All pain gone!
- Prayed for a women with a back injury she had had for 30 years. Healed!
- Prayed for a number of children with respiratory problems (asthma etc). After praying they were all able to run around without wheezing.
- Prayed for a woman with pain in her ovaries. She felt something go through her body and all pain left.
- Prayed for a body with a swelling in his back. Pain healed.
- 2 x sore throats. – Pain gone.
- Headache healed.

Hand Injury Healed!
Praise the Lord how awesome is his name! I was instantly healed from a repetitive right hand injury caused by over use,and not applying the doctors prescribed ointment….wow now im really free indeed….

I have read your testimonies and I have been blessed with them. May God richly bless you as your doing the work of the Lord. I have worked as a pastor for more than 10 years.The challenges we have are so much,and pray for me. Thank you. We have outreach areas North of Blue Nile. Most of the people there are traditional religion followers and they are illiterate.

God bless you. I pray that the Lord will help you overcome all obstacles and be really effective in reaching the people in your area. I encourage you to pray for the sick. When sick people are healed it demonstrates God’s love and opens an opportunity to share Christ. The more people you pray for, the more people there will be who are healed. I will look foward to hearing the testimonies.

LIBERTY CHRISTIAN CHURCH TESTIMONIES (March 2011-November 2011)
There have been dozens and dozens of healings and miracles throughout this period!! Here are just a few of them.
Healing of Chronic Back Pain + Long Term cure discovered (March 2011)
Kathryn Kerridge had been experiencing chronic back aches since mid 2008. She had to quit athletics, could not exercise without pain, and was unable to stand for long periods of time without getting excruciating burning back aches.
Doctors had told her she had scoliosis, a curve in her spine, which was throwing out balance in her muscles. After receiving treatment from a chiropractor, a sports physiotherapist, an osteopath and a back specializing massage therapist, spending thousands of dollars, she had found no relief. After this point a general practitioner told her that there was no long term cure for her condition and that chronic back pain seems to have no cure. She had been receiving prayer most Sundays for two years. She continued to believe God even though nothing was happening.
After making a declarative prayer in February, she felt faith come and was led to do some research on the internet. She found that many people had been cured of back pain through an unorthodox book called ‘Healing Back Pain’. The doctor who wrote the book believes he has found the cause for most back, neck and shoulder pain. A condition he calls TMS – Tension Myotisis Syndrome. It is a condition whereby the brain is trying to protect itself from repressed emotions… It sees anything that is repressed, as dangerous, and in order to protect itself from releasing repressed emotions, it causes a distraction in the form of physical pain towards any area of abnormality in the body (abnormalities that usually have no effect upon function). It causes a lack of oxygen flow to the blood in the muscles of the chosen area, causing pain. Anyway, the book tells one how to deal with this problem… This method cured Kathryn after a few weeks… and it has also cured her father’s back pain. They highly recommended it! Now she can run without pain!
Miraculous Blessing (April 2011)
Kathryn decided that she wants to see the power of God in provision, not just in healing. She decided to apply the same principal of ‘simple, not complicated prayers’ that we have been applying to healing, to provision. She said ‘I’m believing for an abundance for me and my family – because it’s in my inheritance. I’m sick of hearing, “God works differently with money”. All the promises are the same. Its either in the inheritance or its not.’ Within less than two days she received a $2000 scholarship from her university. And within two weeks a random cheque came in the mail for her parents!
Hand healed at Westfield, and a prayer line forms! (June, 2011)
At Westfield Shoppingtown, Phil Caruana and Chris Farace, were by the bus stops and about to leave when a teen that had previously experienced a healing came and asked them to pray for his friend. His friend had a sore hand and was not able to open and close it properly and it was causing him pain. After a quick prayer, his hand was healed, stirring quite a commotion between the people that were around. Everyone wanted to know what had happened, so to a group of well over 10 people, Chris started sharing the Gospel of Jesus, while Phil literally had people lined up waiting for their turn to be healed and to feel the power of God.
Evangelism at Westfield during July 2011
Usually, when someone gets healed at the shopping centre, they and their friends will get intrigued as to what is going on which leads to them hearing the message of Jesus. When others want to experience Jesus but have no need of physical healing, we ask them if they would like to ‘feel’ the power of God. There was a period of weeks around July when we would show up at the Shops and as soon as people would see us, they would run up and ask us to do that ‘prayer’ thing again to them or their friends. All we do is ask for Holy Spirit to touch them, and most often than not, they begin to feel Him in the way of heat, heaviness of tingles.
Torn ACL in knee, back injury and pulled hamstring healed. (August 2011)
At Shoppingtown, Phil and Chris approached a group of 8-10 kids, one of them being on crutches. They asked the boy what was wrong and he said he had a torn ACL in his knee. They told him that they could fix it, so they prayed. He was instantly healed. The whole group were freaking out, wondering how Phil and Chris had done it. In reply, Chris and Phil told them about the Power and the Love of Jesus and how much he desires to be in relationship with them. All the kids were very attentive, so they asked if anyone else needed healing. Another boy had back injuries and was instantly healed, and one of the girls who was a dancer with a pulled hamstring and out for a few weeks was instantly healed.
Abdomen Pain Healed (Sunday 18th September)
Paul Dobran had been experiencing abdomen pain for around a week. After the church service Phil prayed (rebuked the pain), and it left immediately.
All sorts of pain healed (Sunday 25th of September)
• Pastors Richard and Dianne were ministering at a church in Ararat. They saw a number of miracles. Here are a few of them.
• A man was there who had been in motor bike accident. He had pain throughout his entire body including pain in his ankles, knees, hips, back, neck, shoulders. Richard prayed a simple prayer for the pain to go and all the pain instantly left!
• An elderly lady had a very painful shoulder. After praying, the pain went!
• Another elderly lady had osteoporosis/arthritis in her leg. She was a in a great deal of pain. After praying, the pain went!
Fractured wrist healed, people feel the presence of God (30th September, 2011)
On this day at Shoppingtown, as soon as Phil and Chris arrived they noticed a familiar face with a cast on his arm. Daniel was excited to see them and asked them to pray for him! He had a fractured wrist. Phil and Chris knew, without a doubt, he was going to be healed. After a quick prayer, all pain was gone, full movement in his fingers was visible, and after a few hard hits of wrist, arm and hand it was evident that he was completely healed! A few people witnesses this miracle and wanted to know more so we prayed for them to get a touch, and they felt the presence of God.
Bruised knee healed (30th September, 2011)
Phil and Chris also prayed for a guy who had a bruised knee from being hit very hard the previous day. He was instantly healed. He even put a lot of pressure on it to test it out. As a result he wanted to know more about Jesus. They spoke with him and his cousin for quite a while and answered many questions he had about God and Jesus.
Accurate Words of Knowledge and Dislocated Shoulder Healed (30th September 2011)
Later on Phil and Chris approached a group of teens near the cinemas at Westfield and asked if any of them wanted a word from God. After a few accurate words of knowledge, the teens were focused on Phil and Chris and wanted to know more. A few of them felt the presence of God when prayed for, and they called a friend on the phone to come and get her shoulder healed as it had been dislocated the previous day. She came, and after a quick prayer was instantly healed, swinging her arm around with ease with absolutely no pain.
Shoppingtown Evangelism Healings (14th October, 2011)
Phil and Chris went down to Westfield shoppingtown to pray for the sick.
They saw many healings… They are as follows in order of occurrence:

Man Crippled from birth walks! (December 2011)
In their first week they prayed for a man (50 years old) born crippled. They saw him get up and walk for the first time without his crutches.

They prayed for a boy who was born blind in one eye. He received sight in that eye for the first time.
