DEFINITIONS - Exempt Rate - In order to qualify for the exempt rate you need to be a pastor in one of the Countries of Africa (or any other developing nation). Overseas Rate - The overseas rate is for students from Africa and other developing nations who are not yet ministering as pastors. Local - The local rate is for students living in Australia and other developed nations. Our basic policy is if you are able to pay you should pay as this enables us to reach others, however if you are a pastor in a situation where you can not afford to pay then the training is offered free of charge.
